The Art of Communication | Niloofer Giri | TEDxPrabhadevi
Niloofer takes us through the twists of her strange and unexpected life to show us that the most powerful communication is what we silently say to ourselves. Are we listening? Niloofer Giri is a Renaissance thinker, Western Classical Pianist and an International Vedanta exponent. She is an associate performer of the Trinity College of London, playing for concerts and locations around the world. Her passion on Vedic teaching has seen her travel to Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and England and her homeland India. She has been invited to speak at the Neuro Linguistic Programming conferences (NLP) on the Vedic interpretations of behaviour and communication, where her knowledge of the Vedas nourishes their study. She has also been actively involved in the psychological aspect of Cybernetics, which explores the impact of word, sound and image in relation to behavioural patterns and healing. In all that she explores, be it Renaissance thinking or artistic innovations, Niloofer is intrigued by how things express themselves. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
