Today we are doing 15-min pregnancy exercises for second trimester with dumbbells! It's ideal for 2nd trimester, but also safe for first and third trimesters! I use 10 lbs and 5 lbs dumbbells, but grab weights that feel good and safe for you or you can use filled water bottles or cans of beans.
