Roland Cube Street EX Mods: Audio Quality, Looks and Utility

This video covers several modifications I have made to my Roland Cube Street EX to improve sound quality (bass response and dynamic range), looks, and ease of use. The mods include new grill cloth, speaker stand fix, cable management, replacement of the original 8" speakers. The original speakers (Roland, made in China, 4 ohm, 15 watt) have been replaced by Jensen Vintage Ceramic C8R speakers (made in Italy, 4 ohm, 25 watt). The Jensens are much more efficient (louder) than the original Rolands for any given input signal. They also produce a much better defined bass and low midrange audio.
