His highlights as a player include his promotion to the Segunda División (Spanish Second Division) with Lugo, another to Segunda División B (Spanish Third Division) with Villanovense, and stints with teams such as Cádiz CF, Albacete, Mérida, and Balompédica Linense. It is also worth noting his international experience, which took him to India, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. In the latter, he earned the recognition of third-best player in Asia thanks to his outstanding performance at Kitchee. From Asia to the Region, because Belencoso is also very familiar with regional football. The Argentine manager takes the reins of the Cartagena-based team for what will be the club's third consecutive year in the Segunda RFEF (Spanish Second Division). The new manager has extensive knowledge of both the Primera and Segunda RFEF, and even the former Segunda B (Spanish Third Division), categories in which he has achieved numerous successes throughout his career. Of particular note is Sandroni's place in the history of Yeclano Deportivo, a club he managed on more than 350 occasions and where he enjoyed his most successful period as a manager. The new manager of the Miners is also known for his commendable achievement in keeping CF Intercity in the Primera RFEF a couple of seasons ago, as well as his recent stint with CF Talavera, a team with which he went toe-to-toe with Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey. His coaching experience also includes spells at Linares Deportivo, Real Murcia Imperial, and Olímpic de Xàtiva.
