This was inspired from an actual termination of a New York News Channel, you can find it here:    • 1/10/05 | Final sign-off of WOKR Rochester   For a bit of context, VLFC changed their call letters to VOLT because of low ratings. In 2007, the channel was rebranded as GoAnimate VOLT News, as of the launch of the GoAnimate Website. The channel changed it's name to Vyond VOLT News in 2018, as a result of the GoAnimate name Change. The channel is still active as of today. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!
