AFGHAN KEBAB IN SYDNEY AUSTRALIA | Kebab Al Hojat Merrylands BEFORE COVID LOCKDOWN Food Vlog Review

Before Sydney's Covid Lockdown (I hope everyone is keeping well and safe in these tough times), I paid a visit to Merrylands to eat some Afghan Kebab! Merrylands is home to many different cultures, including families of Afghan, Lebanese, Indian, Pakistani and Asian descent. You'll find many Afghan restaurants lining the main road of Merrylands and this is one of my favourites! We ordered the half platter of kebab! It was a bit of a reach lol, this usually feeds four. With the half platter, you'll get to try their whole range of chicken and lamb kebabs, including shami kebab, chicken kebab, tikka kebab, chopan kebab, dehqan kebab and chicken wings. My favourites were the shami and the dehqan chicken. The kebab meat was paired with Afghan flatbread, freshly prepared in the tandoor oven, and salads and sauces. I also ordered the palaw brown rice and chalaw white rice as well. These were so delicious! I'd definitely recommend trying it in a kebab wrap as well.
