Roilleiflex and the story of the TLR
The Rolleiflex, and its sibling, the Rolleicord, are among the most successful, influential and longest-serving cameras of all time. Produced, and used professionally, from 1927 to 1976 it was the camera behind many of the most iconic images of the 20th century. In this video John Wade takes us through the history of the Twin Lens Reflex camera, from its 19th century origins, to the development of the Rolleiflex and its many copies from around the world, right through to present day tributes and reproductions. 📸 Discover your visual passion with AP TV! 🎥 Amateur Photographer is the world's oldest consumer photography magazine, published weekly since 1884.
