Why does a Desert Cooler cool better on a hot dry day || in HINDI for Class 9 NCERT Science

In this Science video for class 9 in Hindi we explained why a desert cooler cools better on a hot dry day. This is a topic of chapter 1 - 'Matter in our Surroundings' of class 9th science from NCERT. In hot dry day the humidity is low, that means, the amount of water vapour in air is very low. So, during that time water evaporates very quickly from the cooler and blows cool air.
