Verse 15 Victory to the Great Cosmic Dancer, whose mighty hands hold the divine axe and whose Tandava shakes the entire universe, causing even the Earth itself to tremble. Verse 16 Victory to the Lord whose garments shine with the jeweled hoods of mighty serpents and whose sacred presence sanctifies even Mount Kailasa and Mount Mandara.
