How to Answer, Interview question "Why do you want to change your career"

In this video I have explained with three examples how you can explain to a HR "Why you want to change your career". The below are the example: ________________________________ Student: After my Intermediate college, I was suggested by my family to choose BTech Mechanical. But in these 4 years, I realized that I am more interested in Software coding. That is why I learnt software skills and want to start my career in Software. ________________________________ Non-IT Working Professional: After graduation, I joined this company as a Marketing Executive. While working in this role, I realized that I have strong Logical Reasoning skills and I can use that for Business Intelligence. That is why I learnt Power BI and want to start my career in this. ________________________________ IT Employee shifting to other domain: I have been working as an Automation tester from last 2 years. While upskill, I researched about all the new technologies and DevOps concepts interested me more. I started learning DevOps concepts and I got trained on it.
