The Seal 05 DM-i measures 4,780 mm in length, 1,837 mm in width, and 1,515 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,718 mm. It is 50 mm shorter than the Seal 06 DM-i and 20 mm shorter than the original Seal EV. The design incorporates wave-shaped LED headlights, a trapezoidal blacked-out front grille, and U-shaped air inlets. At the rear, the model features a full-width light bar. The Seal family contributed 389,339 units to BYD’s total NEV sales of 4,272,145 units in 2024. In December alone, the Seal lineup sold 45,937 units.
