GPT & ПСИХОЛОГ: КТО ОТВЕТИТ ЛУЧШЕ?

In this episode, I, a psychologist, answer questions and then compare my answers with those of ChatGPT. Where is artificial intelligence more accurate? Where does it lack context? And can GPT really replace a psychologist? This video could have been prevented for many reasons: sound interference (due to the microphone), image quality (difficulty with lighting, which made the face green and shiny), complex editing that the program couldn't handle (constant errors in the program, and I simply couldn't fix the remaining mistakes), and, of course, fatigue. I didn't want to post this. I have no desire or satisfaction with what I've done. But, covering my eyes with my hand, I finally clicked the publish button. What helped me do this was mainly what I often tell my clients: "It's better to do it perfectly than not to do it perfectly." Yes, there are many things here that aren't perfect, and I understand that, but following my own words, I decided to post it.
