The SLEX Toll Road 4 (TR4) is a 66.74-km extension of the South Luzon Expressway from Sto. Tomas, Batangas, to Lucena City, Quezon. Expected to reduce travel time from four hours to one, this 4-lane toll road will connect Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon provinces. Expected Travel Time: Approximately 1 hour from Sto. Tomas to Lucena (down from ~4 hours).
