Here's how to make the best smooth egg with beef over rice at home. This recipe was inspired by one of my favorite restaurants in NYC's Chinatown, Southwind. I tried out several different recipes but this one is as close as I'll ever get. Except for this wat dan oyok fan recipe I added 1/4 cup of snow peas.
