Mercury 250 Pro XS Skeg repair (Why I don't like Skeg Guards)
Someone put a skeg guard on this motor and then went out and knocked it off. First thing you have to do to install this guard is to drill holes at the base of the lower unit, so that when it breaks again you don't have much to weld to.
