End-of-life care at home: a personal diary of my Mum's final days. Today I'm sharing my experience of looking after my Mum during her final days at our family home in Edinburgh. The physical changes Mum went through in her final days and hours, how my brother and I tried to make her last days enjoyable, navigating nursing staff and hospice carers coming into her home. And some self-care to get through the challenging days and nights. My hope is to provide insight, support and comfort to others going through a similar journey.
