Malvani Chicken, Tandoori Crab & Surmai Thali | Food Celebration at Maasoli Lonavala 🤤😍⛈️ #monsoon

Rupali and I took a rainy road trip to Lonavala 🌧️🚗 for the inauguration of Maasoli Restaurant — their 4th branch. What a celebration of Maharashtrian & Malvani food this was! We began with my all-time favorite Vadapav, followed by Misal Pav, Pav Bhaji, Dosa, Idli – simple yet soul-satisfying. Then into the kitchen, where food was being cooked on a traditional wood fire chulha 🔥. That’s where I tasted the zanzanit Malvani Chicken Komdi Wade, made with love and passion. Wah bhai, ekdum zone mein le gaya! The feast continued with Tandoori Fish, Tandoori Mudcrab, Bheja Masala with hot rotis, Surmai Thali, Neer Dosa with Fish Curry, and even dried fish that reminded me of Kerala. And finally, I ended with the soothing Sol Kadhi – ahh, pure bliss! Amit and Kunal, both photographers turned restaurateurs, have built Maasoli with passion inherited from family traditions. Their food tells stories – of flavors, culture, and love ❤️. This was truly food coma in the rains of Lonavala. Celebration of authentic flavors, cooked with heart, shared with joy.
