The New York Islanders are an organization that has aggravated me for a good 4 years. This is a team that should be moving towards a Retooling of the roster but moronic General Managers have constantly neglected the goals that ownership wants along with looking after the future for the franchise. The 2025-26 season was a pivotal year in salvaging a possible retool for the New York Islanders or organization. After the trade deadline, it's looking very bleak. This video will be a revisionist history style video where I take the hypothetical role as the general manager of the New York Islanders and how I would have managed the 2025-26 NHL season.
