Shoei Neotec 3 review: ALL WEATHER road test

UPDATE: Shoei has just announced that there will soon be SRL 2 adaptor plate that will allow owners of the previous Neotec 2's comms to use it with the new Neotec 3! The Shoei Neotec 3 on review here is one of the most important motorcycle helmet launches of the year as this flip-front lid has long been the benchmark for touring riders, not to mention couriers and the emergency services.
