Cartografía Feminista - Interseccionalidad

Intersectionality is an approach that confronts inequalities by considering the multiple layers that constitute an identity: race, gender, social class, sexual orientation, etc. Sandra Hoyos is a feminist activist from and in the northwest of Greater Buenos Aires. She is a member of the anti-racist collective Identidad Marrón (Brown Identity), the Northwest Greater Buenos Aires Feminist Assembly, and the National Campaign for the Right to Legal, Safe, and Free Abortion. She holds a degree in Social Policy and a diploma in Gender, Politics, and Participation from the National University of General Sarmiento (UNGS). Channel: UNITV Feminist Cartography is a series of micro-programs, up to three minutes long, in which women, feminist activists, and members of the LGBTTTIQ+ community explain key concepts and terms of feminism. Each episode will cover one term, forming a vast glossary that covers all of Latin America.
