How to: Frontside and Backside 180
This week we are covering our first "air" trick, which is a simple 180. While it may sound basic it is something that will quickly be applied to more tricks as you get comfortable rotating and understanding how you can keep the wind correctly placed on the bottom of you board as you spin. Your first 180's can quickly turn into a 360 to start helping to build muscle memory for a complete rotation as you build into full air rotations. A 180 can be done either frontside or backside. We will dive into the differences between the two here to start building your full kitesurfing air repertoire! New video's will launch every Tuesday at 9am!
