Block Model Import in Prorock 2.3.0

We are pleased to announce the release of Prorock update. In this version, we have added many new features that make our software more convenient and functional. This video shows how to import data from a block model into Prorock. It describes the workflow for using the new Import BM Data function. The function supports the import of failure criterion parameters for the Mohr–Coulomb or Hoek–Brown. If some parameters are missing from the block model, default values from the table of physical and mechanical material properties can be used. 0:00 Introduction and preparing rock properties 0:19 Opening the Import BM Data tool 0:29 Selecting the failure criterion and default values 0:49 Reviewing the imported parameter table 1:00 Matching and correcting block model parameters 1:16 Manually overriding parameter values 1:36 Setting conversion factors to SI units 2:04 Selecting corresponding points 2:55 Selecting points accurately 3:49 Selecting the second point pair 4:12 Handling possible import errors 4:54 Running the block model import 5:11 Viewing import results 5:37 Checking import errors and statuses Subscribe to our Telegram channel about geomechanics: https://t.me/scientia_ru For more information about the software, please contact us by email at [email protected] or via the contacts provided in our Telegram channel.
