Former KFA President Chung Mong-kyu was elected with an incredible 85% of the vote when he succeeded in securing his fourth consecutive term in the last KFA presidential election, wasn't he? It seems that vote share wasn't achieved for nothing. KBS has obtained and reported on a recording alleging vote buying that is so absurd it seems almost perfect. I am truly speechless because it is so preposterous. At this point, shouldn't there be nothing left to say? And who is Moon Jin-hee, and what is this referee evaluator?
