An overview of the milking process at Flying Goat Farm in 2021. There are always small changes, but this video shows our standard operating procedure for milking about 40 does during our 2021 season. We milk purebred and American Nubian dairy goats and process their milk into cheese right on the farm. In late 2019, we partnered with Devin's sister and her husband and moved the entire farm operation and herd to our new location, a 230 acre former cow dairy farm that had ceased operations in the 80's.
