The duplex penthouse, ready to host and host parties, is located in a building designed by architect Alberto Botti, one of the most emblematic buildings in Higienópolis, São Paulo. The project was conceived by Botti, the youngest of the Botti family. During construction, family members occupied the upper floors, with the penthouse initially planned for Mario Botti, Alberto's father, who passed away before moving in, and was later occupied by Alberto Botti. The architectural design has unique features, such as the mashrabiyas, which have only been replaced once in the last 52 years, but always respecting the original design by Botti & Rubin. These shutters, which are one meter away from the glass enclosure of the windows, act as a second skin for the building. This distance was designed to reduce heat, especially since the building's façade faces west. The duplex penthouse, one of the first with a pool in the city, was completely renovated for the resident, who was single and loved to throw parties and entertain, and met his wife at the property's Open House. The lower floor has two suites, the master suite measuring 80 m² and featuring a large closet, as well as a living room, dining room, guest bathroom and kitchen. The upper floor houses a spacious living room, game table, bar, TV room and an outdoor area with a gourmet space, pool, massage room and dry sauna. Above this area, there is a huge deck with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the sunset. In addition, the apartment has five bathrooms in total. Don't forget to comment on the video what you thought!
