Lord Blunkett "regrets" law change enabling Worboys' release
Former Cabinet Minister Lord Blunkett has told 5 News that he regrets changes made to the law while he was Home Secretary - which is allowing profilic sex offender John Worboys to walk free. 'Indeterminate Sentencing' was introduced during his time in office, making Worboys’ release possible. A parole board has agreed to free Worboys in the next few weeks.
