Today's main focus is the practice of Nabhi Kriya, a powerful series of exercises designed specifically to balance Prana and Apana. This sequence includes alternate and double leg lifts to enhance the abdominal muscles and stimulate energy flow in the lower chakras. The challenge intensifies with the inclusion of the Stretch Pose, an invigorating exercise that enhances the body's energy and stimulates the solar plexus. To release the accumulated tension, we ease into the comforting Pawanamuktasana, also known as the Wind-Relieving pose, which soothes the digestive system and relaxes the muscles.
