Totaling three days in Phuket, how many great restaurants did Uncle visit? Let's find out in this clip. 'Juan Hiang', a long-established dim sum restaurant that's been open for over 100 years, offers a full range of dim sum dishes, including steamed buns, dumplings, bak kut teh, steamed and fried dishes, and more. Their signature dish is the Phuket fish balls, made from deep-sea fish, for a chewy and springy texture. 'Arun Phochana', a Muslim-style breakfast restaurant, offers a wide variety of roti dishes. Order them savory with goat curry or massaman curry, or enjoy them as a dessert with chak tea. 'Mee Ko Lan', a legendary Cantonese noodle shop with an old-fashioned recipe, has been serving them since World War II. They use homemade egg noodles. Stir-fried noodles with a soup similar to koi see mee, with a rich flavor and a unique aroma of soy sauce. They come in dry, noodle soup, and rad na. 'Ah Pong Mae Sunee' is a local Phuket dessert, influenced by Malaysian tradition. It resembles a soft, crispy rolled egg roll with a soft, coconut-flavored dough. The texture is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 'The Charm' is a traditional Phuket restaurant, or Pun Te, combining traditional Penang-style Chinese cuisine. A Michelin-starred restaurant for six consecutive years, this restaurant is a must-try, with its favorite "Uthai Sin Pork Ribs." Also, you must order local dishes like Fu Yong Hai, Pork with Soy Sauce, Salted Fish Tofu, and Fried Fish with Lemongrass.
