Today’s speedbuild tackles a wild and super‑specific challenge: creating a three‑story rural home on a tiny 20x15 lot… all for a retired couple with very particular fears and hobbies. This cozy countryside build is designed for two Sims who adore shopping sprees and backyard barbeques, but absolutely cannot handle basements or paintings. So instead of going underground or hanging art, I leaned into warm textures, clutter-free walls, and outdoor living spaces that feel relaxed and inviting. This build was all about balancing charm, functionality, and challenge constraints — and squeezing every last simoleon out of the budget.
