Planning Team: Mock Inquiry with Turley and Pegasus Group
In order to inform those wider efforts and to gauge the practicability of the approach barristers from Kings Chambers, Philip Robson, Jonathan Easton and Constanze Bell teamed up with Nigel Cussen from the Pegasus Group and Mat Jones from Turley to produce a short video inquiry based up a real world case study using the platform of Microsoft Teams. The exercise was primarily directed to assessing the practicality of cross examination, and a short report has been produced by the participants to explain the lessons learnt.
