Ce se întâmplă în cortul SMURD la UNTOLD? - Dr. Paul Oarga

Since 2015, since the first edition of the festival, SMURD crews have been providing medical assistance at the festival. As with Electric Castle, in 8 editions of the festival, there have been no deaths. However, this year there were multiple presentations, of which a small part had to be sent to the hospital. Most were due to alcohol intoxication, then other types of intoxication and trauma: sprains, dislocations, fractures, wounds (injuries). From the SMURD side, the organization of the festival involves 2 PMAs (Advanced Medical Point) and 3 other auxiliary tents (one near the main stage, another within the Cluj Arena and one in the Multipurpose Hall). We are prepared to respond to any type of emergency and intervene if the situation requires it. Just as important as our intervention, remains the intervention of witnesses, first aid, in case of altered state of consciousness, after you have made sure that the victim is breathing, lay them on their side, so that they do not vomit and aspirate the contents of the stomach into the lungs. I was also on duty, but I also made some videos, outside of my guards at UNTOLD, where I surprised my colleagues in full action in the SMURD tents. What came out, see above.
