As mentioned in the video, water can easily get inside through the nozzle and drain holes. When cleaning, I would tilt the Washlet and spray the back, but this method can allow water to get inside and cause a malfunction. It may not be very clear in the video, but the inside was quite wet. I think it's safest to clean it with a damp cloth that's wrung out tightly.
