How To Lose Weight Fast | 60 Lbs Gone in 45 Days

I'm going to give you all the tea on how I lose 60 lbs in 2 1/2 months. I've been getting so many people asking me how I lose the weight, what I was eating and how long it took me to lose it. So here we go. I first started working out, but not eating healthy which did not work out too well for me. I then found the Keto diet and Intermittent fasting. This is what changed the game for me. I later incorporated liquid fasting. This caused me to really drop those pounds super fast. At times I would run into a plateau and that is where the fasting would really help continue my weight loss.
