In this Part 2, the Engineer compares the thermal performance of popular masonry materials for load-bearing walls and adds the amount of Styrofoam that is realistically needed, without myths or marketing. What we're comparing: – aerated concrete (aerated concrete), – silicate, – expanded clay concrete, – ceramics (Porotherm and similar), – Izodom 2000 system.
