In this video, I welcomed Michen all the way from the Netherlands to my old ASMR barbershop. Michen is such a kind and polite gentleman with incredibly positive energy. From the very beginning, his vibe made the whole session feel peaceful and authentic. The "Timer" Experiment: I decided to try something different today! Throughout the ASMR and massage movements, I verbally set a timer for each technique. 10 seconds, 20 seconds, or 30 seconds and followed it strictly. I wanted to see how this rhythmic structure affects your relaxation experience. Michen enjoyed the head massage so much that he spent most of the time sleeping! His energy was so calm that I actually had a bit of a hard time waking him up at the end of the video. It was truly a "Real Sleep Therapy" session.
