Stavanger Pulpit Rock Cruise, then SAD NEWS - VANLIFE NORWAY

This episode was filmed 8th September 2022. A lovely start to the day from our quiet park up on the hill at Randaberg except for the pesky flies! We take a short drive into Stavanger for a walk around the town in the rain and then, as the weather clears up, decide to take a cruise up Lysefjord to see the legendary Pulpit Rock. Our next destination is Bergen but we don’t know how far we will get today or how we go about catching a ferry. We join the queue at Mortavika to board the ferry and hope for the best! At our overnight park up, Carol cooks Italian meatballs with spaghetti as we hear the sad news of Queen Elisabeth II’s passing.
