2018 Aug 5 Llandudno and the Great Orme Tramway

Day trip to Llandudno, starting very early in the morning when all was quiet. The majority of this film is a trip up the Great Orme, travelling by the Great Orme Tramway, Britain’s only cable-hauled public road tramway, and opened in 1902. The video includes the spectacular views from the tram itself, both during the ascent and descent. Also, the views from the summit itself, the arriving and departing trams, and the cable cars. Finally a few shops of Llandudno itself when the daytrippers had arrived and things were much busier.
