Due to the absence of a permanent drainage system, hundreds of acres of agricultural land remained affected, causing repeated crop losses and financial difficulties for farming families. The Gram Panchayat approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj under the Kisan Mazdoor Bachao Abhiyan. In the first phase, 15,000 feet of 8-inch pipeline and three motors—two 20 HP motors and one 10 HP motor—were approved. When additional drainage requirements were identified, the Gram Panchayat submitted another request. In the second phase, an additional 24,000 feet of 8-inch pipeline and four 10 HP motors were approved. After the complete pipeline network was installed underground, a physical re-survey was conducted. Following approval of the inspection report, seven heavy-duty motors were delivered to Aharwan village, including five 10 HP motors and two 20 HP motors. The village also received branded L&T starters, suction pipes, PVC pipes, cable wires, iron bands, reducers, air valves, clamps, steel plates, nuts, bolts and all other required installation accessories. With a total of 39,000 feet of pipeline and seven powerful motors, accumulated rainwater can now be carried from the fields to the local drain.
