We Shoot Ourselves In The Foot With Language

Today I want to explore a problem that I think affects almost every area of our lives. We often use the same word to mean completely different things, and then wonder why we can't understand each other—or why it's so difficult to understand reality itself. Take words like love, good, bad, belief, or God. Different people use these words in very different ways, often without realizing it. The result is confusion, misunderstandings, contradictions, and endless debates that never seem to go anywhere. Maybe one of the biggest obstacles to finding truth is not a lack of information, but a lack of precision.
