How to remove old paint protection film (PPF) from your car. In this episode I show you the technique I used to remove the old, cracked and yellowing clear bra car wrap that was on the Project E46 BMW M3. When brand new a paint protection wrap can protect your car's paint from UV damage or rock chips but without regular replacement, it will turn into a giant ugly sticky mess that is a paint in the butt x2 to remove. The method I use in this video worked pretty well and didn't damage the paint. Although it will take lots of time and elbow grease, it is totally doable.
