Enjoy a long, rainy, solo motorcycle ride through Caldas do Gerês, the hot springs headquarters of Peneda-Gerês National Park in Portugal. This UNESCO-designated Biosphere Reserve is Portugal's only national park, and it is an absolutely stunning place to ride, hike, and explore. Unfortunately our visit was accompanied by cold rain, which limited the vast, incredible vistas for which this park is known. It was absolutely worth the visit! No narration or commentary, just the ambient hum of the engine and a mellow ride along slow-speed two-lane roads (or sometimes one-lane roads being used for two-way traffic.) This is real, raw riding footage of a motorcycle ride through the town known for its Roman-era hot springs pools.
