2022-01-03 Xiao Qi Ji Rocks, Rolls, & Slides on his 1st Snow Day!

#PandaStory: So many have waited for this day ... the 1st time Xiao Qi Ji encounters real snow, and it is pure joy! He had a blast today as the white stuff kept coming down heavier and his yard was turned into a winter wonderland! The opening scene shows Qi Ji finding snow on his yard ... he sniffs a bit and then takes off for the treat feeders and momma. As always, the multi-sided treat feeder is a hit, as is his Prima Rocker, which he delights in falling out of. The trees were heavy with snowfall, so Qi Ji took advantage of the branches hanging lower and played with them. He brushed the snow from the teepee leg and climbed up and did a bit of a Tarzan move leaping off the side, branch in mouth. Then he's rolling around and Mei walks into his orbit ... so they play in the snow. Then he's back to rolling ... across the yard, and through the salad patch! Indoors he finds his mother Mei resting on the hay bed. They go back outdoors where he rolls down the side hill (notice how he drags his back 2 legs) and plays more with Mei before heading back up the hill. More rolling, more play including a scary bear move by Qi Ji. Up in the tree off the patio he unintentionally let a lot of snow fall off the branches when he slipped! The indoor shots are just to show you how the snow coats his coarse fur. As he follows Mei up the hill he uses the path she's created through the snow, it was getting deeper! More sliding and playing outdoors, including down the teepee leg. At first you'll just see snow falling, but Qi Ji makes an appearance! He heads down to the hammock structure where he meets up again with Mei and they head up the snow covered hill.
