Numbered tickets will be distributed from 4:00 PM in the 5th floor event hall (apparently, 50 people were reached by 4:00 PM on March 11th). According to the person in charge, the items are shipped to the Maruhiro Department Store's Kawagoe branch from Demachi Futaba on the same day, along with other pre-orders (I heard from other people that online pre-orders sold out quickly). Therefore, since no preservatives are used, they should be consumed on the same day.
