My beetroot plant grew to its full size in about 100 days and I harvested a fresh beautiful beetroot! This time lapse video of beetroot took me 110 days to make. The seed I used is of variety "tall top early wonder". The seed packet said 45-50 days but it grew quite slowly and took 110 days instead. Many factors determine the speed at which beetroot will grow so it may be faster for you.
