This is the second video explaining the individual steps regarding the proper training methods required to make Ed Parker Kenpo techniques work. The training methods explained are the same as those laid out in Mr. Parker's 5 volume series (Infinite Insights). After over 45 years of experience as (originally) a student of Mr. Parker, and teaching Kenpo internationally, Mr. Williams has committed himself to prevent this system from being altered or watered down due to misunderstanding the training phases.
