The skewers are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Beef, lamb, and pork belly skewers are 5 RMB each, and they're huge—great value! Highly recommended: pork belly, pork shoulder, braised pork belly, chicken feet, pig's trotters, and vegetables. Hot pot: The broth is excellent, a perfect blend of beef tallow and vegetable oil. The tofu is absolutely delicious and incredibly flavorful! Unlimited refills of cold noodles—so chewy!
