PINK FLOYD - Miami Live Soundboard (Publius Enigma Remaster) - Orange Bowl, Miami, FL 1987-11-01

Pink Floyd live at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida on November 1st, 1987. This is an excellent soundboard recording with possibly the best Comfortably Numb solo I've ever heard. This remaster fixes a few flaws with the original soundboard recording. Unfortunately Run Like Hell cuts before the second verse, but the rest of the recording is otherwise perfect. Hope you like it !! *** Publius Enigma Remaster Mastering Chain: WAV - Imaging - EQ - Bass restoration work - Compression - Side processing - Limiter - FLAC This source is wonderful, except for the noticeable distortion in various places, especially on the accompanying samples in the new tracks and towards the end. It isn't too distracting however, there's plenty to enjoy here. The noise floor was deemed too low to do any denoising on this remaster. The main features of the remaster is the EQ work and the dynamics compression work. Original Info (below) ---------------------- Got this one over at thepinkfloyd.co.uk, but it is far too good not to be spread as far and wide as possible. Thanks to pfco for original upload!! Sound quality is excellent. Recorded at the Orange Bowl, Miami. More info on this recording would be very much appreciated! Apparently this was a very rainy evening. On track 01/Disc 1 you can hear the delicate sound of thunder in the background and Gilmour makes comments on the weather. Almost makes you glad you weren't there...almost :-) CDR - EAC - Wav - FLAC Enjoy and...share freely
