NOTE: This was filmed pre-covid. || THIS EPISODE || We continued our 20 hours in Grand Canyon National Park with an early morning to catch sunrise at Mather Point. Donuts and coffee were definitely involved! With a tight time crunch and a check-out time of noon, we headed down below the rim to hike South Kaibab Trail (sorry we pronounced it wrong in the video😬) to Ooh Aah Point. We squeezed in a quick stop at the Grand Canyon Visitor Center to catch the movie and rushed back to try to get out of our site in time! The Verde Valley Thousand Trails in Cottonwood, Arizona, was our home for Thanksgiving, and we researched how we might be able to give back to that community while we were there. We ended up finding a local organization, The Old Town Mission, who was putting on a turkey drive for those in need over the holidays. Jess and the girls collected donations while Corey went to the top of a fire truck ladder to encournage the donation of turkeys!
