September 2023 1st container, WACCApocalypse redux + CHUNITHM SP?!?!

This container ended up turning into a second mini-WACCA flood. We got offered a bunch of them at a rate that was reduced from the rising prices we've had lately. Was absolutely not expecting to get many more this way, but it worked out! All but 5 cabs are WACCA. Pretty exciting, we got our first CHUNITHM SP (gold/premium) cab on this container! We had to buyout an entire arcade to get a number of fun things, including that and the maimai DX on the container. Most of that buyout will be on the next container from this distro. I don't know how YT managed to catch that exact frame for the thumbnail I swear it wasn't intentional
