Green tea Dacquoise Recipe | HANSE Hello. Today, I brought recipe for making green tea Dacquoise. Dacquoise is a French dessert, which is crispy inside and soft outside. You can put cream inside or fruits instead of cream. The texture is really addictive, so there are a lot of people like it more than macaron. I do think of it. For today, I made green tea flavor one. If you want green tea, definitely you will love this dessert. Any piracy, editing or re-upload of all the video contents of 'HanSe Channel' without notice are prohibited. ▶ ingredient dacquoise 3 (110g) egg whites, 40g sugar, 70g almond powder, 55g powdered sugar, 14g cake flour, 5g green tea powder a little powdered sugar butter cream 130g butter, 10g green tea powder, 50ml cream, 40g powdered sugar 1) Pre-heat the oven in 180~190 degree and whip egg white 2) Slowly Put sugar in two or three part 3) If you are done with making meringue, sift almond powder, sugar powder, flour and green tea powder. Put them in the bowl. 4) Mix meringue little bit and put it into forcing bag 5) Pour it into dacquoise mold if you have the mold. If you don't have, just pour it and make shapes that you want 6) Sprinkle sugar powder (If makes outsides of the cookies crunchier) 7) Bake it in pre-heated oven (180 degree for 12 mins) 8) Cool the baked dacquoise and make cream 9) Stir melted butter and put green tea powder and mix with butter. 10) Put fresh cream and sugar powder and mix 11) Put cream into a forcing bag and put it inside of dacquoise.
